Solaris - grapevine
New variety from the State Viticulture Institute in Freiburg (Fr 240-75). This variety is ideal for hobby winemakers who want to make their own wine or grape juice. Due to its early ripening, it is also suitable for unfavorable climates. The grapes and berries are medium-sized, relatively loose and golden yellow. The sugar content (Oechsle degrees) is very high when fully ripe, which promises very good wine qualities. Solaris is an all-around uncomplicated variety.

Unkompliziert und lecker
Solaris wächst bei mir im Kübel auf einem sonnentechnisch ungünstigen aber gut geschützten Balkon. Dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal Trauben getragen und sie waren vorzüglich! Süß und schmackhaft. Ein wirklich unkomplizierter Rebstock.
