Aljoshenkin - table grape
Aljoshenkin (Aljoscha No. 328) was bred in Russia as a table grape. The variety has above-average fertility and therefore produces very high yields of 8 to 10 kg of grapes per vine. The grapes are large to very large (500 to 800 grams) and have a pleasant fruity-sweet taste. The large berries are delicately scented and have crisp flesh. This uncomplicated variety produces satisfactory quality even in poor years. As yet unknown in Germany.
