Muromez - table grape
Muromez (or Muramitz) originates from Russia and is one of the very early varieties. Here, Muromez ripens by mid-August at the latest. The berries are medium to large in size and have only 1 to 3 small seeds, which are not particularly bothersome. The medium-sized grapes have a very attractive shape and, if harvested in dry weather, can be stored for a long time. A major advantage of Muromez is its high frost resistance, which extends to -26°C.
